the reception staff presented such a friendly welcome. our king room provided a peaceful escape with pleasant city views. the provided tea and coffee were a nice addition to the room.
i noticed slight water stains on the furniture. it was a minor imperfection, yet i hope they will address these issues to maintain the room's overall appeal.

spacious room excellent facilities great view quiet setting
the upgraded room felt more spacious than other locations. all in-room facilities were excellent and the stay was comfortable. the city view from the window was a definite plus. i really appreciated how quiet it was too.
the air conditioning did not get colder than 19 degrees, which might be uncomfortable on a very hot day.

perfect location comfortable room friendly staff
the location was perfect, right across from the station. i found the room very clean and quite comfortable. i also appreciated the friendly attitude of the staff during check-in and when asking for directions.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, though it served my purposes for a short stay.

good location train station nice staff
the location is very close to piccadilly train station. the room facilities seemed in good condition. the staff at reception i spoke with were both professional and very nice.
the room lacked small touches like china cups. instead there are only disposable paper cups. the desk was small if i needed to work.

lacking amenities noisy room
I noted that the room lacked basic amenities. There were no tea or coffee facilities. The bedroom felt quite small, even cramped. I also found the room to be noisy. A major avenue outside and windows allowed noise to penetrate.
